Access to the Building

Access to Lakeshore Towers is controlled by state of the art proximity sensors registered to each resident.

Visitors can use the intercom to contact a resident for access to the lobby.  Once you confirm your guest is calling, you just press #9 on you phone to unlock the front door.

You don't require a land based phone line for the intercom to work.  Any simple push button phone including a cell phone will be suitable.

Storage areas are accessed with your personal fob.  Only residents with a storage locker in a specific room can then access that room only.

Key chain fobs are available in the office for $30.  If you require a remote garage fob, you can also purchase one in the office for $100.00

Pool and Hot Tub

Hot Tub is open year round with a heated deck to ensure the tub is accessible in cold weather.
Pool is open from about the first week in May, until mid-October.
Pool is kept at 31 degree Celsius and is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.

Mail Box

Each resident has their own mail box in the lobby serviced by Canada Post daily.
If you loose your key, we can replace the lock with a newly keyed lock for $50

Bikes

There are 4 bike rooms available for storage of bikes year round. 

Drop by the office and pick up your free hologram decal to register your bike.
