Important Information
We have received your request to use of the guest suite on the dates provided. Please do not make plans for the use of the room until your dates have been confirmed.
If your dates are confirmed:
Check in is after 5:00 pm
Check out is before 11:00 am
Door Code will be set to you by email.
Keep in mind you are now responsible for those dates and any cancellation must be subject to the rules of the community to provide equal access to this benefit.
1. Cancellation up to two weeks prior to the first date of the stay will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation within the two weeks prior to or during the stay will result in the full payment for the use of the suites be due. No refund is available in those cases.
3. No pets are allowed in the guest rooms as we must keep the room allergy free for those who have pet sensitivities.
4. No smoking is permitted in the rooms for the comfort of those who have sensitivity to smoke..

To open
a. Tap fingers against the key pad (to light it up) (lower left corner)
b. Type in assigned door code (should hear a sound)
c. You should hear the door open
To lock
a. Press the lock logo on the lower left of the screen (you should hear it lock)
b. Check the door to ensure it is locked
c. From the inside manually turn the dead bolt to lock position
