Two Guest Suites and Three Amenity Rooms
Lakeshore Towers has two guest suites for the convenience of residents in the towers.
Rental fee - Sept 1 thru May 31 $50 for a maximum of four (4) nights per month.
Rental fee- June 1 thru August 31 $100 per night for a maximum of four (4) nights per month.
One time cleaning fee of $50
Check out - 11:00 am
Check in - 5:00 pm
Cancellation:
- Upon booking guest suites, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be charged to the owner to offset administration costs.
- Cancellation can occur at any time; however, if a resident cancels the booking within two weeks before the scheduled stay, the entire guest fees are non-refundable (with the exception of the $50 cleaning fee).
